Experience an hour long facial followed by 30 mins of either a dreamy sound bath with Himalayan Singing Bowls or soothing Reiki healing. A facial supports so many things on the physical level but it can also offer emotional support too especially during times of stress. Sound and Reiki are wonderful modalities for recalibrating the body's vibrational state to one of harmony and balance.

Sound Healing is a powerful and very tangible form of energy healing - as sound waves can actually be felt as well as heard. The various frequencies of the my crystals and Himayalan singing bowls help to break up stagnant energy for release and through sympathetic resonance and entrainment, recalibrate the body's vibration back into harmonic balance. The experience is gentle, relaxing and supportive to the nervous system often inducing a deep level of rest.
